Welcome to our fully renovated, standalone villa located in the quiet, residential Aragai neighborhood of Vilanova i la Geltrú.

The villa sleeps up to 15 guests and offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces, perfectly suited to families and groups of friends.

The villa has 7 bedrooms spread over two floors.

Ground floor (4 bedrooms):

• 2 bedrooms with a 150 cm bed

• 1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds (can be joined to form a 180 cm bed)

• 1 playroom for children, which can be converted on request into a bedroom with a 150 cm bed

Upper floor (3 bedrooms):

• 2 bedrooms with a 150 cm bed

• The master bedroom with a 180 cm bed, with direct access to a private bathroom and the sun terrace

The villa has 3 bathrooms:

• A bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet on the ground floor, shared by the 4 bedrooms on that level

• A bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet upstairs, private to the master bedroom

• A separate toilet on the ground floor, accessible to everyone

The pool measures 8.6 × 4.7 m and has an automatic safety cover for when it’s not in use. The pool is unheated.

A safe trampoline and a BBQ are also available.

The large covered terrace has an automated, motorized awning that opens and closes automatically morning and evening.

It includes a table seating up to 10 people, plus a lounge area with 2 armchairs and an outdoor sofa seating up to 5 people.

Upstairs, the sun terrace offers a lovely sea view — perfect for sunbathing and warm Mediterranean evenings.

The villa has very fast fiber wifi.

Ceiling fans are installed in the main rooms, and portable fans are also available in every room to keep you comfortable during the hot months.

Two washing machines and a dryer are also available.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, garden, pool, terrace and sun terrace during their stay.

You can park one vehicle on the property, in the driveway.

Free street parking is also available in front of the house, with no time limit.
